Sandblast Cabinets

Theses dry sandblast cabinets are ruggedly constructed of 14 gauge welded steel. All that is needed is clean, dry air from a compressor and these cabinets arrive ready to use. The cabinets also come manufactured with large armholes for good maneuverability and large 12” x 24” safety glass windows for excellent visibility and increased efficiency. Applications

Cleaning
Small gears, stampings, forgings and extruding dies, molds for glass, plastic, rubber, metal castings, pistons, valves, cylinder heads, windings, armatures, brushes and rotors for overhaul of electric motors and generators and machine parts.

Removing
Heat treat scale, carbon deposits, slag, oxides and discolorations, scale from high speed drills and cutting tools, light machining burrs, paint, varnish and lacquer.

Finishing
Provide decorative quality finish for the automotive, appliance, photographic and jewelry industries. Improve appearance of castings by removal of scale and thin edges and blending of minor defects, dimpling surfaces to improve adhesion for plastic, rubber and paint.
