Cut-Off Wheels (Type 1) – Small & Large

From a 2 inch to 24 inch cut-off wheels, the cut-off wheels that Greenhill markets and distributes were formulated for square, burr free cutting and prove maximum grain exposure to cut through large diameter solid stock. Used in either hand-held portable cut-off tools or in the large pull-down stationary machines and whether or not these wheels will be used to cut soft aluminum or tough angle iron, Greenhill Supply will have the perfect cut-off wheel for your application.

Applications & Grades

A24N – Aluminum oxide grain with a soft bond for general purpose cutting
on ferrous metals (iron, cast iron… etc.) and low grade stainless steel
A24R – Aluminum oxide grain with a harder bond for long life cutting on
ferrous metals (iron, steel, angle iron…etc.)
A36R – A finer aluminum oxide grain for burr-free finish on ferrous metals
(metal tubing…etc.) and stainless and high tensile steel.
HOBO – For use on high horsepower machines and excellent for the railroad industry.
C24R – Silicon Carbide grain for long-life cutting of concrete.
A60S – For thin diameter wheels (.045”thick) with extremely fast cutting and long life.
A60T – For thin diameter wheels (.045” thick) with burr free cutting.
